We’re hiring an Account Manager – Specialty Chemical (Home and Personal Care) responsible for accounts across the Northeast Coast corridor, from Connecticut through Virginia.

What you’ll do:
  • Grow the business: Identify, develop, and secure new opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Home and Personal Care brands and their tolling partners.
  •  Own your accounts: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients, becoming their go-to partner for specialty chemical solutions.
  • Bring expertise to the table: Provide technical and commercial answers to complex production, completion, and drilling challenges.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Track market trends, competitors, and regulations to keep our solutions leading edge.
  • Be the face of the company: Represent us at industry events, customer meetings, and field trials—showing how we deliver value.
  • Deliver results: Report sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics with precision and impact.
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience in specialty chemical sales
  • Proven success identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • STEM degree (Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Ready to travel ~40% and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
